So you're new to the Enneagram. Or maybe you've read a book or listened to a podcast or two, but are struggling to figure out your type. Maybe you think you know your partner and what makes them tick, but how well do you know them underneath what you just see?
In your couples DISCOVER session, we will start with some assessments and chat about the results as a starting point. As we go below the surface, you will begin to discover what motivates your and your partner's actions. This is where the journey begins as you start to understand each other on a deeper level.

"Why do we keep having the same fight?"
You certainly wouldn't be the first couple to ever ask that question. But what does knowing your type have anything to do with your arguments? Believe it or not, your type can illuminate your hidden motivations as well has repetitive behavioral patterns. So if knowing your type is simply a starting point, then what? Over the course of five NAVIGATE sessions, you will begin a deep dive into understanding what makes you tick and learn the motivation behind your partner's behavior as well. You will learn about your own core fears and desires, as well as those of your partner. It might get a little uncomfortable. But you will begin to know yourself and your partner on a level you may never have before.
